About me

I worked for the NHS for over 40 years in critical care where safeguarding was an important part of my work. I was first elected as a ward councillor 15yrs ago and have always strived to help and take care of the people I represent.

I became Portfolio Holder for Adult Services 2 years ago and made safeguarding one of my priorities.

It is very important to me that people that we care for are kept safe.
